My earlier work explored the delicate tension between nature and the industrial world, combining flora with ephemeral, surreal, and dreamlike imagery. These pieces were created through multiple layers of mixed media, resulting in intricate, finely detailed compositions characterised by a lighter, more muted colour palette. Many of my designs have been inspired by the beauty and strength found within femininity and some of my most precious work was inspired by the strength of my mother.
